
VALUABLE SEAT TIME FOR HANNAGAN IN GLSS DOUBLEHEADER

Elida, OH – July 4, 2025 – Mason Hannagan wrapped up a productive two-night stint with the Great Lakes Super Sprints behind the wheel of the Joe & Jared Horstman-owned #17X 360 Sprint Car, gaining valuable seat time in just his third and fourth ever sprint car starts.
Kicking things off at Waynesfield on Thursday, Hannagan clocked an 11.607 in qualifying, placing him 16th out of 24 cars and earning a 6th-place starting spot in Heat #1. He held his ground to finish 6th in the heat, lining up 16th for the 25-lap feature. In just his third sprint car start, Hannagan delivered a composed drive, gaining three positions to finish 13th, a solid result as he continues to build experience.
The following night at Limaland, Hannagan continued to progress, qualifying 12th out of 21 cars with a lap of 11.977. He started and finished 4th in Heat #3, securing a 12th-place starting position in the feature. Hannagan turned in another steady performance in the 25-lap main, holding his position to finish 12th and round out a consistent weekend of valuable track time.
Overall, Mason put together a strong and competitive showing, improving with every lap. He’s eager to keep building as he gains more experience behind the wheel of the sprint car.
